BALLOON POLICIES & HELIUM FACTS

HELIUM SHORTAGE

Helium is a non-renewable natural gas found in only a few places worldwide. Limited supply and growing demand have led to ongoing shortages and rising costs.

BINKLEY'S BALLOONS

We source balloons from trusted vendors who credit defective balloons, but the helium used to inflate them cannot be recovered.

CUSTOMER-PROVIDED BALLOONS

See a sales associate for sizes and pricing. Custom balloon fill fees cover helium, and payment is required before inflation. Helium charges are non-refundable if a customer balloon fails during inflation.

QUICK RULES FOR BALLOONS

AVOID DIRECT SUNLIGHT

Heat causes helium to expand which can damage balloons.

COLD IS TEMPORARY

Balloons may shrink outside but return to normal indoors.

DON'T LEAVE IN CARS

Vehicles heat up quickly and can pop balloons.

STORE INDOORS

Keep balloons inside until it's time to celebrate.
